For this former farmstead, we developed a master plan that thoughtfully balances its agricultural heritage with modern luxury. The design reintroduces productive farmland, incorporating a meadow, an active apiary, a charming chicken coop, and a thriving orchard, all while seamlessly integrating new outdoor living spaces. A pool, spa, fire pit, and dining areas were carefully placed to enhance the property’s functionality and enjoyment, creating a serene retreat that honors its past while embracing its future. This project is a testament to the harmony between cultivated land and contemporary living, where beauty and productivity coexist in a timeless landscape.
